Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition with all tags intact
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 - 5 days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please mention this in your return request email. Exchange requests are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at meshamsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, after verification.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or washing

8. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by MESHAM.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
