Refund & Return Policy

At MESHAM, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product has been washed
• Product has been worn
• Tags are removed
• Product is damaged by the customer

Exchange

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

After inspection:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Original payment method will be used

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Refunds will be made through bank transfer or UPI.
